The revised GLOBALG.A.P. fee tables, including the version for North America, were published on 29 April 2024. The new fee structure, as outlined in the documents, will be effective as of 1 August 2024.

At GLOBALG.A.P., we are committed to providing our stakeholders with industry-leading standards of service and innovation. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain this commitment, some adjustments to our fee structure are necessary.

Despite rising operational costs in recent years, GLOBALG.A.P. has upheld a consistent fee structure since 2017. In response to industry concerns, we purposefully maintained this approach for as long as possible to shield stakeholders and provide stability in a period of challenging financial circumstances.

Nevertheless, fees represent GLOBALG.A.P.'s primary revenue stream, necessary to provide adequate funding for our activities. GLOBALG.A.P. fees enable us to provide stakeholders with industry-leading solutions, and so, as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain this commitment, it is now time to adjust the fee structure in line with the current economic landscape.

The revised GLOBALG.A.P. fee tables, including a version for North America, were published on 29 April 2024. The adjustments have been carefully determined to ensure an equitable distribution of costs across all stakeholders. We wish to emphasize that the decision to modify our fees was made only after thoughtful consideration, and we recognize the potential impact it may have. To uphold our commitment to transparency, we are openly communicating this change and the factors influencing our decision-making process.

The new fee structure is effective as of 1 August 2024. This phased approach offers producers time to adjust to the updated financial obligations, and certification bodies the ability to adjust their systems and processes. The goal of minimizing disruption for all parties concerned is of utmost importance.
